Electives offer small groups of students the opportunity to study an area of
interest in an intensive seven to ten week cycle. The electives are intended to
bring the community to the students and the students out into the community.
This is achieved through recruiting guest instructors from our parent body and
the greater community. Teachers also participate in electives instruction,
giving them time to work with smaller groups of students on a specific area of
study outside the regular classroom curriculum, or to work with students for
skill building.
